The instructions are for the whole website. So there should be a banner at the top of every page that encourages people to sign up and get free shipping on first standard order. This banner will not follow down the whole page like the header, just right below the header on every page that disappears as you scroll. There should be a call to action right next to the shipping button in the cart that if its a first time customer it says free shipping on your first standard order (not custom). We need to create logic for this that if they are already an artfam member they don’t get this message. If they are trying to get a custom panel then the message changes to sign up for the highest artfam tear, then they get free shipping on their custom order.
