Acrylic-Primed 100% Linen Canvas
Acrylic-primed, also known as “universal priming”, Allinpanels are available with 100% linen canvas. Universally-primed Artefex canvas panels are primed with four coats of acrylic binder, titanium dioxide and zinc oxide pigments.

Choose the Artefex 574 for an extra fine acrylic primed linen surface mounted on our exceptionally rigid yet lightweight Honeycomb core. This panel is perfect for detailed work in acrylics or oils where a smooth, stable surface is paramount, especially when creating large scale contemporary artwork. The archival honeycomb construction ensures your professional art panel remains flat and resists environmental changes.
For artists needing different surface characteristics, our Honeycomb line also includes acrylic-primed linen in [Medium] and [Fine] weaves, oil-primed linen in [Medium], [Fine], and [Extra Fine] weaves, plus a specialized [lead oil-primed Honeycomb panel]. Select the Artefex Honeycomb panel that best suits your acrylic painting on honeycomb panel needs.
We use 3mm thick ACM panels to provide the most durable, rigid, and long-lasting support for your art. ACM panels do not react to relative humidity and other environmental changes, providing a very stable support for artwork. For larger sizes up to 5ft by 10ft we use a 6mm thick Gridpanel.
Finally we inspect and stamp every panel before sending it to you. This stamp represents an insurance policy not just for artists but for collectors. Your artwork is safe on an Artefex panel for generations.
